10 on Tuesday

1. My boss SERIOUSLY rocks. She got into the office about half an hour after I did and said, "Are you alright?" I said I wasn't feeling well so she told me to go home. I listened to her after I got a few things done. I slept for four hours this afternoon!

2. I adore my sisters-in-law. Jake's brothers have the BEST taste in women. Seriously, they're so amazing.

3. The bathroom is coming along... Jake painted the ceiling and the trim. Now it's time to tape it off and paint the walls. Hopefully it will be done and ready for pics by next Wednesday.

4. Next week I'm going on a food adventure... Korean. I've never tried it before. I like most Asian foods, so I expect it will be good. Jake's jealous.

5. I hate fruit flies. So far I've built two contraptions to trap and kill them, one at home and one at work. You mix some banana, red wine vinegar, sugar and a little dish soap in a jar. Then make a paper cone with a super small opening. Tape it to the jar. I can't wait until they're gone.

6. I currently *heart* Fox for starting fall shows so early! I'm watching Fringe right now, so far I like it. I do love Joshua Jackson. ;)

7. I ordered a picture of Jake and I on canvas a few weeks ago. It's pretty awesome. They cropped it funny, but it was mostly free. I'm going to create a collage with it. I just need an 8x10 frame and to order some prints.

8. Mozilla is my favorite browser. I love the google reader watcher to keep up on everyone else's blogs. There are other good plugins and addons but I can't think of them now.

9. I love vampire books. Twilight, Anita Blake, Damali... I think I need to find another good series.

10. I wrote the first draft of my admission essay. Now I have to polish it up and turn it in.
