Ten on Election Tuesday!

1. I voted.

2. I can't wait for the elections to be over. I'm not one of those people who thrives on politics. I just don't get worked up by it.

3. Jake and I are hosting Thanksgiving this year. I LOVE doing it! It's so fun for me. Plus I like not having to drive. :P

4. This past weekend I hooked up with my good friend Jaime and her sweet fiance. They let me practice my portrait photography on them. Here's one of my favs:

There will be more to come, I'm just DESPERATELY in need of a computer with a decent amount of RAM so that I can edit a picture in less than five minutes. It's like going back to dial up internet. Ugh.

5. I had an appointment to get my hair cut yesterday and I LOVE IT! My girl Callie does the best job ever with my hair. And she's extremely reasonable. I adore her! I was just going to grab a pic with my work's digital camera, but the battery is dead. Annoying!

6. I belong to a community of women on livejournal and just read that someone who is friends with several of mine went in for a 38 week OB appointment and they couldn't find her baby's heartbeat. I'm so so sad for her and her husband. :(

7. So I got home from work today and went to turn on my desktop at home... And it won't boot up. I've had the computer a little over four years and it was an old one that my former work was replacing. I have no idea what I'm going to do if I am admitted to SU to finish my degree and don't have a computer to do so. Or edit photos. Ugh.

8. I'm tired.

9. I've been thinking about learning how to knit... But I'm waiting for my mom to mail me tools. I wonder if she's reading this... :P

10. I'm hoping to get up in time to hit the gym before work tomorrow... I've been lax about my food choices lately and now I need to get back on track. I've got a bridesmaid dress to fit into! G'nite!
